Complete the contract and and RETURN via email, fax or mail. It is recommended that you always provide a credit card on the contract to pay for any balance of the breeding fee and for semen shipping purposes - breeding and semen shipping fees must be paid before we will ship semen.
If purchasing for multiple mares you MUST purchase 1 contract for each mare.
