Oklahoma City, Okla. – January 11, 2016 – The National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) announces Silver Spurs Saddles as the Official Saddle of NRHA.

In July 2014, Silver Spurs created its own line of saddles exclusively distributed through Scottsdale Western World, a Silver Spurs Company run by David Solum. Their purpose is to provide the finest saddles available in reining, working cow horse, cutting, ranch riding, western pleasure and trail. Silver Spurs Saddles teamed up with AM Saddles owned by world-renowned saddle designer Andreas Maschke.
In addition to producing the best quality saddle and saddle design, the superior craftsmen sought out to design a saddle that could be made to order within 8 weeks; completely manufactured 100% in the United States without using any outside vendors; warranty on their product; and to design the same saddle hitting four separate price points so that every equine enthusiast can afford to buy the best saddle for their needs.

In November 2014, Silver Spurs proudly unveiled their series of four different saddles: The Rio Verde Series (their most economically priced series), the Scottsdale Performance Series, the already famous AM Superior and finally the top of the line Pinnacle Series. The purchaser of a Silver Spurs Saddle by AM is assured that regardless of the saddle series selected, that buyer is getting the same tree and quality of craftsmanship. The only differences between each series are the options for seat leather and seat design, the type and quality of the conchos, the tooling and the amount of custom-designed silver on the saddle.

Within a few short months of the saddles appearance, they are now endorsed and ridden in by some of the highest-ranking professionals in the NRHA including Shawn Flarida, Andrea Fappani, Casey Deary, Todd Sommers and Jason Vanlandingham.

Silver Spurs Saddles by AM are sold and distributed exclusively through Scottsdale Western World, and is co-owned by Silver Spurs Equine, David Solum and Andy Maschke. Visit their website to learn more about NRHA’s newest Corporate Partner.

October 15, 2015 – The National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) is proud to announce its newest Two Million Dollar Sire, Conquistador Whiz owned by Silver Spurs Equine.  A 1995 stallion by NRHA Ten Million Dollar Sire Topsail Whiz out of Sugarita Chex by Bueno Chex, Conquistador Whiz proved his worth in the show pen before beginning a lucrative career in the breeding shed.

Conquistador Whiz’s competitive reining career was indicative of his athleticism and heart.  Ridden by NRHA Two Million Dollar Rider Duane Latimer, he was the 2000 National Reining Breeders Classic (NRBC) and NRHA Derby Champion.
In 2002, the bay dynamo proved he was more than fit for International competition when he became the 2002 USET Festival of Champions Reining Championship winner. Ridden by Million Dollar Rider Tom McCutcheon, the pair made it a clean sweep by winning both go rounds and the finals.  At the 2002 World Equestrian Games, Conquistador Whiz ended his show career in grand fashion by winning a Gold Medal in the Team competition and a Silver Medal in the Individual competition.

In the breeding shed, the bay stallion established his reputation quickly when from his first foal crop Conquistador Whiz sired one of the sport’s most successful reining horses based on money earned.

KR Lil Conquistador, owned and bred by Cheree Kirkbride, earned more than $422,900 in NRHA competition.  Out of Smart Little Prize, the 2002 gelding first came to prominence in 2005.  Ridden by Shawn Flarida, NRHA’s Highest-Money-Earning Rider, KR Lil Conquistador earned Futurity championships at the All American Quarter Horse Congress and the NRHA Futurity.  He remains NRHA’s All Time Highest Money Earning Gelding and is Number 2 on the list of NRHA’s Highest Money Earning Horses.

Conquistador Whiz’s next four money-earning offspring include Quistador (LTE $234,143), Conquistador Chick (LTE $84,687), Conquistadors Sandy (LTE $66,997) and Smart Dundee (LTE $59,640). Congratulations to NRHA Corporate Partner Silver Spurs Equine, owner of Conquistador Whiz and justifiably proud of his latest accomplishment! - NRHA
OCTOBER 2015, Congratulations are in order for Spooks Gotta Gun, owned by Silver Spurs Equine, who has become an NRHA Million Dollar Sire.  The much heralded and sought after achievement marks a stallion’s success in the breeding pen and punctuates his ability to sire quality and successful competitive reining horses.  Spooks Gotta Gun’s breeding career was preceded by a successful show record that spanned from 2005 through 2009. The 2002 stallion earned $79,600 in the show pen with wins at such prestigious events as the Reining by the Bay Derby.

Spooks Gotta Gun is by NRHA Million Dollar Sire Grays Starlight and out of the highly-respected producer Katie Gun, whose offspring have earned $567,465 and include Hall of Fame inductee Gunner (AQHA Colonels Smoking Gun [APHA Colonels Smokingun]). His offspring include such standouts as Spooks Gotta Whiz, NRHA Lifetime Earnings (LTE) of $345,137; The Kids Gotta Gun, LTE $77,882; Spooks Gotta Run, LTE $64,785; Dun Lost My Gun, LTE $38,859 and Spooks O Lena, LTE $35,427.

Silver Spurs Equine maintains a battery of stallions that includes some of the performance horse industry’s most respected, popular and well-known sires.  An NRHA Corporate Partner, Silver Spurs Equine has built their line up of stallions with a goal of becoming “The Source” for mare owners seeking outstanding stallions to cross on their mares. Hats off to Spooks Gotta Gun and Silver Spurs Equine on their latest accomplishment! - NRHA
June 5, 2015 - The National Reining Horse Association is pleased to congratulate the association’s newest Million Dollar Sire — Einsteins Revolution. He joins other distinguished sires who have achieved the lofty distinction, including his sire.

Einsteins Revolution is a 2002 dun stallion bred by Christian and Rosi Wagner of Germany.   In January 2005, Ruben Vandorp became a part owner and the recorded ownership became Wagner & Vandorp.  By Million Dollar Sire Einstein (AQHA Great Resolve) and out of Fly Flashy Jac by Boggies Flashy Jac, Vandorp became the young prospect’s trainer and directed his show career.  His oversight, though a bit unorthodox by most standards, involved having multiple NRHA Professionals show the dun dynamo. At the 2005 NRHA Futurity, the much heralded Tim McQuay showed the stallion to a Level (L) 4 Open finalist position.  NRHA’s Leading Money-Earning Rider, Shawn Flarida, showed him at the 2006 National Reining Breeders Classic (NRBC), winning the L4 Open Champion title, which included a $63,000 paycheck.  At the 2007 NRBC, Vandorp and the dun collected the L3 Open division win and the L4 Reserve title for earnings in excess of $99,000.  At the 2007 NRHA Derby, with Vandorp at the reins, the stallion earned the Level 3 Open division championship.  Competitors, including Vandorp, paid homage to the great Bill Horn, NRHA’s first Million Dollar Rider and a Hall of Famer, at the 2007 and 2008 Bill Horn Shootout/Single Shot Derby events. Vandorp and Einsteins Revolution won both events, pocketing $30,000 for each win.  Einsteins Revolution was the first horse to earn more than $300,000 in NRHA events!  All told he has NRHA Lifetime Earnings (LTE) of $352,720.

When he went to the breeding shed, Einsteins Revolution created much excitement based on his show pen success and quickly proved his worth as a sire, attracting some of the best mares in the performance horse industry.  He is one of the youngest sires to achieve NRHA Million Dollar Sire status. Currently, his total offspring earnings are $1,015,586.  Now owned by Silver Spurs Equine & Vandorp, Einsteins Revolution stands in Scottsdale, Arizona, at Silver Spurs Equine.

With such outstanding offspring as Revolution Is Dun (NRHA Lifetime Earnings [LTE] $144,422), Relatively Sweet LTE $67,447), Footwork Revolution (LTE $64,029), Einsteinshersheykiss (LTE $46,996), and Memorable Revolution (LTE $35,868), Einsteins Revolution will undoubtedly continue to demand attention from mare owners while setting new standards and milestones. - NRHA
2015 NRBC
Fappani Wins NRBC Open Championship with Frozen Enterprize
The 18th edition of the National Reining Breeders Classic Open finals ended in an exciting run-off for the title. Sam Schaffhauser and Gunners Tinseltown, by Colonels Smoking Gun out of former NRBC Champion Miss Tinseltown, led the finals until the second-to-last set with a 227.
Then Casey Deary and ARC Gunna Sparkya lit up the Great Southwest Equestrian Center Coliseum, taking the lead by a half-point. He retained sole possession of the lead for only one horse, and then two-time NRBC Champion Andrea Fappani and SG Frozen Enterprize, owned by Silver Spurs Equine, tied his score.
Rules dictate that if one rider desires to run-off for the title, they must. Fappani, who won his first NRBC title and his first NRHA Futurity Championship with run-offs, knew what he’d pick. “Unless I have a horse that I feel is running out of air or that I think it isn’t safe for either horse to run, I will run it off. I just don’t do co-championships – It’s not in my blood. I always run-off, and it paid off tonight,” he said.
Only a half-point separated the run-off scores, and the Scottsdale, Arizona trainer left Katy with his third NRBC Open Championship.
The title came with the big check made out for $75,000, and included a year’s use of a trailer from Twin Cities Featherlite, a custom saddle from Bob’s Custom Saddles, a pair of Rios of Mercedes boots, a Whisper Bit, a champion cap from Just Stitch It, a $100 gift certificate from Santa Cruz Biotechnologies, a WonPad, a saddle pad from Yucca Flatts, a $50 gift certificate to Thomas Moore Feed, a Gist Silversmiths buckle and numerous awards and signature crystal from the NRBC.
SG Frozen Enterprise has a different story than many horses competing at the NRBC. The stallion, by Frozen Sailor out of RS Rose SJ, is Italian born and bred. As a 3-year-old he won the Italian Futurity, and caught Fappani’s attention. “He is a third or fourth generation Italian horse, and I looked at him as a stallion to bring to the states and be an outcross. I convinced his owner at the time, Marco Franchini, to send him over here. It took quite a bit of money because the horse wasn’t enrolled in the NRHA or the NRBC, so he invested a lot in the horse and sent him over here,” Fappani recalled. After a few months the horse sold to Silver Spurs as a stallion prospect.
Fappani typically only shows horses he’s had since their 2-year-old year, but he made an exception for SG Frozen Enterprize. “He’s been a special horse from the beginning. It took some serious work to get together. This horse was trained different than what I’m used to and it took about a year to really get together.”
When the pair won the American Quarter Horse Association World Championship in the Junior Reining, Fappani knew that they had clicked. “I had gotten so frustrated because he was always scoring between a 222 and a 225, and I knew he was a horse that could mark more than that. When we won that I knew there was no confusion between us anymore, and he’s been solid ever since,” he said. “I had a feeling he was going to be good. Now that I know him and he knows me we’re going to be a good team.”

The Cactus Reining Classic, one of three premier reining events on the west coast that make up the Trifecta of Reining, was held March 4-8 at the WestWorld of Scottsdale in Arizona. There was a full slate of classes, including American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) World Show qualifying classes.

It was SG Frozen Enterprize (Frozen Sailor x RS Rose SJ x SJ Enterprise) and Andrea Fappani who took the Derby Level 4 Open Championship with a score of 229.5, winning $12, 958.

Another history making moment for Silver Spurs Equine! We entered the mighty HAMSTER (Smoking Whiz) in the Senior Reining World Championship and ICEMAN (SG Frozen Enterprize) The Italian Stallion in the Junior Reining World Championship Competitions. In the preliminary round HAMSTER and Andrea Fappani tied for first with a 222 and ICEMAN and Andrea won the preliminary round with a 223. In the finals HAMSTER crushed the competition with an explosive 225 and was crowned
AQHA 2014 World Champion in Senior Reining. ICEMAN performed flawlessly scoring an unbelievable 229.5 and was crowned AQHA 2014 World Champion in Junior Reining!

What was even more amazing was that HAMSTER and ICEMAN didn't win by squeaking out an extra half point, no way - both were decisive victories; HAMSTER winning by a 3 point margin and ICEMAN winning by a 4.5 point margin!

What a way to end HAMSTER's professional career - WORLD CHAMPION!! LTE $208,819. Hamster will now be put out to stud so there will not be any blackout dates for breeding to him in the 2015 breeding season. We have frozen 30 breeding's to ICEMAN to select mares for $3,000 per breeding. He is an out cross to just about anything here in the US, he is n/n on all AQHA 5 panel tests and is 15 hands tall.
TEAM USA WINS FEI World Equiestrian Games

By Simona Diale – Photos by Andrea Bonaga

Great horses, great riders, great horsemanship and an enthusiastic public are what made the Individual Reining Final Competition amazing at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2014 in Normandy tonight. Last to enter the arena, which counted some of the world’s best horses and riders, was NRHA 5 Million Dollar Rider, Shawn Flarida. Aboard Michelle Kimball’s Spooks Gotta Whiz, Shawn had posted the highest score – a 229.5 – in the individual qualifier, which put him last to go in the seeded finals.

The score to beat, once he burst in the pen, was Andrea Fappani’s, also of the US, who slid Custom Cash Advance, owned by Silver Spurs Equine, to a 229, one horse before him. “I knew that the pressure would be on tonight and I knew that Andrea would put me in a position to go out and beat him,” said the World Champion who wore the Team Gold medal two days ago and who closed his run with a 233.5. “This is such a great horse, with an incredible athletic ability. He’s got so much motivation, all I have to do is put him in the correct position technically and he’ll give you all he has. There really isn’t much to work on with him, he’s just great. He’s been good all week, he warmed up well and I knew I had the horse that could make me do this. It’s been a great evening and my hat goes off to my team mates, Fappani and Mandy McCutcheon.” For Flarida, this is the fifth FEI gold medal conquered at the Games: he was on the US Team gold and took the individual gold in Jerez de la Frontera in 2002, was on US Team Gold in Kentucky in 2010, and won the Team Gold here in the 2014 Games.

Native Italian Fappani, also part of Team USA Gold, settled for the Silver medal: “This is the fifth time that I actually show this horse,” he said. “I started with a 215 the first time I showed him and he just got better and better. Jordan (Larson) and Duane (Latimer) have shown him in the past and I give it up to them for the great job they did. I knew this horse would fit me and my program and tonight I was more confident with him. I trusted him and he gave me back all he had. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy and that the competition would be tough, but we did it and I’m thrilled.”

Mandy McCutcheon wrote a chapter of the FEI Reining history book tonight as being the first female individual medalist. Mandy was also on the Team USA, winners of the gold medal in Normandy. “It’s hard to put all I feel in words,” said the lady reiner who closed her performance aboard Yellow Jersey with a score of 227. “I couldn’t be happier, my horse stepped up for me tonight and when they do that, they are great horses. To be behind two such great athletes as Shawn and Andrea is just an amazing feeling . It is an honor for me and I couldn’t be luckier to have had the opportunities I’ve had in my career. My family has been the biggest support team of my life, and I once again thank them, just as I would like to thank all those that have been behind us in this incredible experience: the sponsors, our vet, our grooms.”

Summing up the competition was Team US Chèf d’Equipe, Jeff Petska: “We came here with a hope, which translated into reality: winning both the team gold and the three individual medals. We had the horses and the riders capable of doing this, but anything – as we saw tonight – can happen in a reining. I am very proud of all the athletes and would also like to thank everyone behind us.”

Michelle and I fell in love with Montana when we saw Craig Schmersal ride him in a reining demonstration in Tulsa about 5 years ago. After we started acquiring our stallions Montana fell off the radar screen. That was because he was too busy showing. His show career spanned from 2001 through 2013! Check out these stats:

Montana has accumulated an LTE $183,349. Most notable, he competed in the 2010 World Equestrian Games (with Craig riding) and won team Gold and individual Silver. During his lengthy show career he did manage to sire a few foals - 77, 63 of which are performance age and 22 of which are money earners. His total offspring earnings are $128,250 - NRHA $102,822 & NRCHA $25,428.

We were searching for a proven stallion that we could offer to our breeders at a lower price point and really give them a great value for their money. Mister Montana Nic fit the bill perfectly. Under his previous owners, in 2014 Montana stood for $2,000 + $500 Chute Fee. For 2015 we will stand him for $1,000, no Chute Fee. BUT WITH OUR HALF PRICE SALE (on all of our magnificent stallions) UNTIL 12/6/14 THAT's ONLY $500 all in!!!
We are thrilled to stand Montana. When we posted his arrival on our fb page the comments of support for Montana were very heartwarming. We thank all of our fb fans for welcoming him and are confident that our breeders will also welcome his arrival and take advantage of this fantastic $500 breeding offer. Rest assured, we have every confidence that Montana will prove to be a great sire. For sure, we will be breeding some of our best mares to him.
What an exciting Derby! Our congratulations to Not Ruf At All shown by Jason Vanlandingham and owned by Vaughn Zimmerman for a great win with a score of 229. We also congratulate Revolution Is Dun was sired by our EINSTEINS REVOLUTION, shown by Martin Larcombe and owned by XCS Ranch LLC - Reserve Champion with a score of 226.

This year we entered one of our stallions and one of our mares. The stallion we had entered was 5 yr old red dun SG FROZEN ENTERPRIZE, better known as - ICEMAN, The Italian Stallion. Iceman is by Frozen Sailor who is by Sir Jac Frost and out of RS Rose SJ who is by SJ Enterprise. Unfortunately due to a minor injury sustained a week before the Derby Iceman had to sit this one out.
Congratulations to our own WHIZS LIL LIGHTNING ("Pollen") ridden by Marco Ricotta. Pollen was entered in the level 4 and level 3. In the first go she scored a 223 and in the second go a 220.5 finishing 8th in Level 3 and 18th in Level 4. Pollen is a 4 yr old Palomino mare and is one of the first horses Michelle and I bred. She is by our great sire Conquistador Whiz and out of our own Boomdacious, by Boomernic x Amarilla Chex.
Has it been 4 years already! It still seems like yesterday when Conquistador Whiz brought home the team Gold and Individual Silver Medals, and that was in 2002! This year the games will be held in Normandy, France. Very fitting because this is the 70th anniversary of the landing of the Allied forces to liberate Europe - D Day. On August 23rd the United States World Equestrian Team will invade Europe again; this time to take home the team and individual Gold Metals in Reining and a whole slew of other events. As I am sure you all know, the 4 members of our Reining Dream Team consists of: Shawn Flarida riding Spooks Gotta Whiz (sired by our SPOOKS GOTTA GUN!), Jordin Larson riding Mobster, Mandy McCutchen riding Yellow Jersey, and Andrea Fappani riding??? The two alternates are Tom McCutchen and Troy Heiks. Here is history being made, Mandy and Tom - husband and wife - both making the team, and Mandy being the first woman to compete as a member of the US Team. How cool is that!
There is also another historical first, and the reason there are question marks next to the horse Andrea will be riding. Andrea qualified both of our stallions! Smoking Whiz (Hamster) placed 4th and Custom Cash Advance (Cash - our latest stallion acquisition) placed 5th. Although it never happened before, according to the FEI rules it is one rider-one horse so Andrea can take whoever he chooses, but he can only take one. Andrea is training both as though both are going and will declare which one he is taking on the day of the declaration deadline. I keep asking him who it is going to be and all he keeps telling me is that he does not know because both are doing great. Michelle and I can't stand the suspense!!

On a personal note, and not many people know this, but Michelle and I never had a honeymoon. We had just started what would become NorthStar and didn't have the time or money to go on one. We got married by a Justice of the Peace on our lunch break and went back to work! Even after we were married, Michelle still had to wait 9 years for her engagement ring. So, in addition to going to France to cheer our team on we are finally going on our honeymoon!

Einsteins Revolution has been a part of Wagner and Vandorp’s life for 10 years. During that time, “Junior” has never let them down. Ruben Vandorp and Christian Wagner’s dream was to won a horse that could revolutionize the reining horse industry, and he has continued to do just that. While they could never completely part with their buddy, they realized that in order for Einsteins Revolution to fulfill his destiny, he had to stand with the most elite stallions in the industry. The partnership with Silver Spurs Equine was a no brainer. Everything good happens fast, and this deal was made in five minutes.

Silver Spurs Equine, an NRHA Corporate Partner, was the clear choice. For them to own and stand one of the hottest up and coming stallions in the industry, just makes sense. Silver Spurs Equine’s Michael and Michelle Miola said, “We have been watching the progress of Einstiens Revolution and his offspring for some time. We are thrilled with his foals and very excited to stand ‘Junior’ with our ‘Perfect 10 Stallions.’ From now on, our incredible stallion line up will be known as ‘Michelle’s Eleven.’”

Einsteins Revolution has three performance foal crops on the ground. To date, he has sired over 50 futurity/derby champions. Not only are his offspring winning in the United States, but also in Europe, Canada, Australia and Mexico. To date, he offspring earnings are $445,000, with over $200,000 being earned in 2013. This put him in eighth place on the 2012 NRHA Leading Sires list. This also makes him the youngest stallion in the top ten. Continuing their winning ways, “Junior” has three level 4 open division and level 2 open division finalists at the 2013 NRHA Futurity. - NRHA

“Junior” will stand at Silver Spurs Equine for the 2014 breeding season. For breeding information and contract, please contact Michael and Michelle Miola at (480) 563-1976 or Ruben Vandorp at (214) 243-0047.
Congrats to Andrea Fappani who rode Smoking Whiz to take Co-Reserve Championship and Tinker With Guns, 4th place.

"Boom Shernic will join his famous sire, Boomernic in our stallion line-up," said Michael Miola, of Silver Spurs Equine, LLC. With his first foal crop on the ground, we are all eagerly looking forward to the success of Boom Shernic's offspring." This was a unique opportunity to purchase a horse of this stature and include him in our breeding program." Boom Shernic will be moved from Oklahoma to the Silver Spurs Equine Ranch immediately and continue the breeding season without disruption. The 1989 stallion by Reminic (NRHA Million Dollar Sire) and out of Docs Leavem Smoke by NRHA Hall of Fame inductee Mr Gun Smoke, Boomernic achieved NRHA Million Dollar Sire status in 2006. His appearance in the NRHA Futurity show pen is still talked about today as a departure from the East Coast style of reining horse. Boomernic was a product of the West Coast, a bridled-up reining style that made reiners sit up and take notice.

Oklahoma City, Okla. – March 1, 2011 – Silver Spurs Equine has now joined the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) as its newest Corporate Partner. The Association is pleased to welcome Michael and Michelle Miola to the Corporate Partner family as title sponsors of the prestigious Rookie of the Year program.

NRHA Corporate Partner Silver Spurs Equine sponsored the first-ever Non Pro Shootout. Silver Spurs Equine believes in creating a reining legacy one stallion at a time. Their legacy began with NRHA Hall of Fame sire Boomernic, the stallion that ushered in the modern era of reining with Brett Stone in the driver’s seat. They have continued building a legacy with Conquistador Whiz, Spooks Gotta Gun, and Nic It In The Bud; stallions that are truly destined for greatness. They offer the finest stallions at reasonable prices, create partnerships with their breeders and motivate them with lucrative Futurity Incentive Awards. - NRHA

The High Roller Reining Classic, Inc., RBB, Inc. and Brumley Management Group are pleased to announce that Silver Spurs Equine owned by Michael and Michelle Miola of Cave Creek, Arizona has been named the Presenting Sponsor of the 2010 High Roller Reining Classic held at the South Point Equestrian Center, in Las Vegas, Nevada, September 12th-18th.

“It is not often that individuals step up to the plate with this level of philanthropic support, particularly in these challenging economic times. Michael and Michelle have an explosive enthusiasm for the sport of Reining and the horses that dazzle us in the show pen. Silver Spurs has purchased industry leading stallions, dropped their fees, and established breeder’s incentives, all with one goal in mind, to become a leading breeder in the Reining industry.

Michael and Michelle have personally elevated the level of competition by supporting events like the High Roller Reining Classic. I cannot say enough about how extremely valuable the support of people like the Miolas, the Warrens and everyone who contributes on any level is to the success of Reining events. Reining competitions are very costly to produce. It is because of all of our sponsors and loyal exhibitors that these events continue each year,” said Mandi Brumley of the Silver Spurs and High Roller Reining Classic Partnership.

As a Presenting Sponsor, Silver Spurs Equine will headline in Las Vegas in the aged event divisions with the High Roller Reining Classic $60,000 added Spooks Gotta Gun Futurity Shoot Out and the High Roller Reining Classic $55,000 added Conquistador Whiz Derby. The Silver Spurs Stallions Spooks Gotta Gun, Conquistador Whiz and Finest China Rose will not only participate in the Stallion Service Auction beginning on September 12th, but will also be attending the High Roller Reining Classic.

“I have some big news about Boomernic as well as other announcements that I will be making at the High Roller Reining Classic, and we’re going to have some fun. I want to create an elite line of Quarter Horses, and if I can give that back to the world, then I’ve accomplished something. We’re seeking perfection in our breeding program, and we want people to be able to have these horses,” says Miola.
